With the Danube on the palm of your hand, tucked away in the greenery of Iron Gate and close to the road, there is a plot of 92 ares with a fantastic view.
The plot is in the zone of third level of protection and below it is the first level of protection.

At the end of the plot, the Djerdap National Park is currently completing a 700m long hiking trail where it will be possible to descend through the forest to Trajan's tablet and this will be the first time that the tablet can be approached from the land.
The plot includes four cadastral parcels, with a total area of 92 ares.

The plot is offered for sale and the ownership is 100% private. The plot relies directly on the main road number 34 Belgrade-Kladovo. There are currently no utilities on the plot.
The adoption of the spatial plan of the Djerdap National Park is in the process, which will allow controlled construction as well as land conversion.
