The facility "Gmitrović Apartments" is located on the Rtanj mountain, 22 km away from Sokobanja.

The plot on which the building is located has an area of 3,519 m2 and there is enough space for parking. The complex consists of two buildings of 300 m2 each, in which rooms, apartments and studios are located - in the first building there are 8 apartments, and in the second, 4 studios and 7 rooms. There are 6 more mini studios under the extended terrace. The total number of beds is 70.

Each unit has its own bathroom, TV, internet. The facility also has a restaurant with 70 seats, a multifunctional hall with an area of 110 m2 (for smaller celebrations, team building, yoga, etc.) The facility has its own aggregate in the case of a power outage, which covers the entire consumption of electricity, and a water supply pool with a reserve of water in the case of a water outage in the city water supply system. It also has a laundry and a boiler room. The accommodation units, restaurant and multifunctional hall have steam heating.

The facilities were originally built in 1957, and the restaurant, hall and a part of the accommodation units in the last 4 years. The facility was completely renovated and started operating in 2019.

There is enough space on the plot to expand the accommodation capacity, as well as to build a swimming pool, jacuzzi and the like.

Each accommodation unit has a patio with a view on the lake, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a dining area, a well-equipped kitchen and a private bathroom with a shower.
