The tourist and recreational complex "Stevanske livade" is located at the foot of the mountain Deli Jovan near the village of Sikole. The complex has an area of 8.16 ha and is owned by the municipality of Negotin. The project for the construction of a tourist and recreational complex consists of:

• Construction of accommodation facilities and other tourist facilities
• Reconstructions of the existing facility "Dom boraca"
  
  

The location is known for its excellent climatic conditions for the prevention of cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases, and in the 20th century, it was used as a children's resort and a resort for IHP Prahovo workers.
