The project is for the construction of a spa-tourist complex near the village of Nikoličevo on an area of 12.5 ha, only 7 km away from Zajecar. The detailed regulation plan of the spa and tourist complex "Nikoličevo" was adopted in November 2020.

There are 8 thermo-mineral water sources on the site, with a total yield of 20 liters per second, with a temperature of 19-35 ºC.

It is possible to construct a hotel complex around the source of hot mineral water, construct several hotels with a wellness and SPA center, sport fields, halls with a swimming pool and other facilities for water sports, including a large outdoor and indoor aqua park.

Mineral water was used by the Romans in the 4th century for healing and today it is used by the inhabitants of the region. Water is mainly used to treat various types of skin and rheumatic diseases. The water belongs to the hydro-carbonate waters of the sodium group.
