| INVESTMENT DESCRIPTION |
The project envisages the construction of 7 apartment hotels named "JELKICA", which are mostly intended for sale, as well as renting, on a plot of 13,407 m2. Considering that on Stara Planina, in the very center, there is not a single legal apartment building, the realization of the project meets the market and satisfies the need for apartment type hotel of higher category. Near the plot, a children's cable car is planned, and two more cable cars for adults at a distance of 100 m. The existing cable car is 600 m away. Infrastructure was brought to 150 m from the location (water, sewage, asphalt, electricity, lighting, atmospheric sewage network, hydrant network). At 100 m from the location there is a large parking lot for over 350 vehicles, and at the location it is planned that 70% of the apartments will have a garage space.
The plot is located on one of the most beautiful parts of the Stara Planina, on the plateau of Jabučko Ravnište, which offers a magnificent view to the south and west. The future road with sidewalks and a bicycle path will pass through a main part of the plot. The whole complex will have identical roofs (shingles), facades (basically white) with a combination of wood, quality brown-rustic PVC joinery, while some of the buildings will also have aluminum-wood joinery.

No electricity has been brought to the plot at this time. At a distance of 300 m there is a main transformer station for the entire Stara Planina. Water and sewage connection stations are at 50 m. The location is 100% privately owned.
